去年，贵州经济增速高达8.3%，继续高居全国首位，产业性招商引资达到5000亿元，又有5210个省外项目22家500强企业落户，市场主体突破三百万户，新注册企业开办时间仅需2.2天低于全国大多数地方，营商环境一天比一天好。保加利亚共和国“国宝”大马士革玫瑰将在贵州开花、苹果的lcloud大数据印上了来自贵州的标志,法国法中协会主席雅克·温明登先生点赞贵州“多项事业发展有声有色”。

时光虽逝真情在，我们衷心感谢企业家朋友们在过去的岁月里做出的杰出贡献，也珍惜未来并肩奋斗的这份高情厚谊。

2020年，贵州将全力发展精品水果、中药材种植等12个农业特色产业和先进装备制造、大数据电子信息、健康医药等十大千亿级工业产业集群及现代物流、现代山地特色高效农业、文化旅游业等五大重点新兴服务业，经济高速发展势不可挡！中国银行首席经济学家曹远征发出呼吁，当前的贵州存在强大的经济“引擎”，投资贵州正当其时！

Dear entrepreneur friends from all cross the globe：

As the great Tang Dynasty poet Meng Haoran (A.D. 689–740) observed on the occasion of a new year: "Last night, the 'handle' of Big Dipper stars still pointed north. Today, near dawn, it has already turned eastward". With Chinese New Year of the Mouse is right around the corner, we would like to send to you our greetings and blessing, wishing each and every one of you a year full of friendship, health and wealth!

Our leadership from central government and CPC central committee are highly concerned with and supportive of Guizhou's growth and we have been among the fastest-growing provinces in China for 9 consecutive years. We have also helped the largest number of people out of poverty. Our natural environment is now as beautiful and clean as ever. All of this serves to make people in Guizhou very contented. Our achievements have been commended by General Secretary Xi Jinping as "a true reflection of China's great progress since the 18th National Party Congress”. Guizhou essentially has created a leapfrogging miracle. Looking to the next decade of the century, we are highly positive that there are still unlimited investment opportunities here!

In 2019, the economy of Guizhou expanded by a good 8.7% and our attracted investment totaled RMB500 billion. As many as 22 Top 500 companies and 5,210 investment projects from outside the province settled here. The number of market entities in Guizhou has exceeded 3 million. The time it takes for a newly-registered enterprise to open for business has been reduced to 2.2 days, shorter than most places in China. Our business environment has been improving almost on a daily basis. Our notable investment projects now include the cultivation project for Damask roses, the "national treasure" of Bulgaria and the data center for Apple's iCloud service. Mr. Jacques van Minden, president of the Franco-Chinese Circle, praised Guizhou as having “myriad thriving causes”.

The passing time does not erode our immense gratitude to entrepreneurs from all across the globe for your indispensable contribution to the growth of Guizhou. We shall always treasure our cooperation and friendship dearly.

In 2020, Guizhou will concentrate our effort on the cultivation of 12 agricultural categories including high-quality fruits and medicinal herbs, 10 RMB-hundred-billion-level industrial clusters of advanced equipment manufacturing, big data electronic information, medicine, etc., as well as 5 emerging categories in the service sector, including modern logistics, efficient mountainous agriculture and cultural tourism. We are very confident that our growth momentum will be well sustained in the new year. According to Cao Yuanzheng, a chief economist of the Bank of China, Guizhou's economy is blessed with powerful growth engines and now is the right time to invest in Guizhou!

We spare no effort to promote investment in Guizhou, because we believe (and shall work hard to guarantee) that with its highly favorable environment, Guizhou is the place where wealth can be created and dreams can be realized!
